TEAM, established in 1970, was a pioneer in the area of hostess and outsourced resources AGENCY.

Since 2009, TEAM is focused on the FIELD SALES COVERAGE activities in the Food Industry.

We provide efficient and taylormade solutions to our clients: we operate in each store as business facilitator between our client and his own customer (= the retail).

Every month, we operate +/- 5.000 jobs for 70 clients of which large multinationals in the FMCG sector of activity. 

Each Job is tracked in our dedicated IT open source system providing transparency, tracability and reliable reporting. 

There are an average of 150 commited people outside. They visit different type of distribution channels in Belgium and Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg: hypermarkets, supermarkets and specialty channels.
